Holidays mean fun, travel, meeting family members, spending quality time with loved ones, and creating beautiful memories together. It is also a wonderful opportunity to discover new interests, learn new skills, and explore your creativity.

Keeping this in mind, your Holiday Homework has been thoughtfully designed to help you develop important life skills such as research, analytical thinking, creativity, critical thinking, and imagination. We encourage you to think beyond textbooks and learn from the world around you.

✨While Enjoying Your Break, Remember to:

Develop at least one new skill or hobby.
Cultivate the habit of daily reading.
Eat healthy food and build strong immunity.
Maintain a proper sleep routine.
Limit unnecessary screen time and engage in creative activities.
Spend quality time with family and friends.
Read one book of your choice and write your thoughts about it.
Revise all the lessons covered for PA-1 regularly during the vacation.

Use this time to experiment with new ideas, explore your talents, and return to school refreshed, confident, and inspired.

🎯Topic: Young Scientist Solving Everyday Problem

Dear Students,

Become a Young Scientist this summer and explore one everyday problem around you. Observe carefully, research scientifically, think creatively, and suggest innovative solutions for a better future.

📍Your Task

Choose any ONE problem which you think, if fixed can bring out a change like:

Plastic pollution
Food wastage
Mosquito breeding
Traffic problems

NOTE: These are for reference, you can choose yours.

📋What You Need to Do

Observe the problem around you
Collect information through research, interviews, surveys, or observation
Write causes, effects, and solutions
Add charts, drawings, photographs, or graphs

⭐Special Task

Create any ONE innovative model/poster/collage/best-out-of-waste item
Write a slogan, poem, or short awareness message related to your topic
Perform 5 eco-friendly actions during the holidays and record them creatively

📌General Instructions

Individual Project - This is to be done by each student independently.
Presentation Format - Students may present their work in any one form:
- PPT Presentation
- Folder Project
- Scrapbook
Students should use facts, pictures, articles, maps, drawings, or graphs to support their research.
Information should be collected from reliable sources such as books, newspapers, magazines, and educational websites.
Mention the sources/references used for research.
The project should include original ideas and creativity.
Parents are requested to guide and supervise the child.
Submission Date: July 1st, 2026
5 marks will be awarded for the project and its presentation given by the student.
