Rules and Regulations
- Parents / Guardians are expected to rigidly observe all the rules and regulations of the School which may be enforced from time to time. In case of a dispute, the decision of the Principal will be final and binding.
- Throughout his / her stay in the School, a student will be governed by the Code of Discipline of the School.
- Student's participation in all the functions and activities of the School is compulsory. All the students shall converse in English in the School Campus.
- Any damage to the School property, caused by negligence or mischief will have to be compensated by the defaulter. The quantum of such damage done shall be determined by the Principal for payment purposes.
- Carrying of any unauthorized and unlawful reading material is strictly prohibited in the School Campus.
- All disputes arising out of any clash with the School Authority shall be settled within the territorial jurisdiction of Saharanpur.
- No student is allowed to bring mobile sets, I-pod, cameras, video games and CDs to school during normal working days.
- No student is allowed to come to School on two wheeler.
- No student is allowed to leave the School Premises during the School hours without the written permission of the Principal and with the proper Gate pass.
- If there is any change in the identity of the authorized escort or mode of collection, written consent of the parents will be required. This is to avoid the risk of pupils being abducted by unauthorized persons.
- In case a student does not return home within reasonable time, after classes end, the School authorities must be contacted immediately.
- Parents are requested to co-operate with the School and ensure that the above rules and regulations are strictly observed at all times
- Complaints, if any, must be made in writing to the Principal.
- Access to staff and class rooms without the permission of the Principal is strictly forbidden. Telephoning or visiting staff members within the School campus or outside in connection with their children’s studies is strictly forbidden.
The following rules will be observed regarding leave/absence from School:
- A written application stating the reason is required. Leave will be granted only on the following grounds:
- For any unforeseen occurrence.
- On medical grounds, if the application is supported by a medical certificate. After three days of absence from School, the pupil must bring a fitness certificate from a qualified doctor. No other medical certificate will be accepted.
- Access to staff and class rooms without the permission of the Principal is strictly forbidden. Telephoning or visiting staff members within the School campus or outside in connection with their children’s studies is strictly forbidden.
- Children who are late in joining school following the long holidays, i.e. July and January will have their names struck off the rolls after a week, unless the Prinicpal's prior permission has been obtained. In such cases, a re-admission fee of Rs. 5000/ will be charged. Attention is drawn to the school's requirement of a minimum 75% attendance, failing which the pupil will not be allowed to appear for the final examination in that year.
- No half day leave is given unless a pupil becomes ill during school hours.
Parents / Visitors desirous to meet the Principal can meet only on the specified days & timings as displayed on the notice board. They will first report at the reception desk.
